ok well ur 12 so go easy on the makeup but always remember this.. if u are making ur eyes heavy then make ur lips light and if lips heavy then eyes light.

so u 2 can go ahead and get some black eyeliner and hold ur eyelid tight as u put it on top so that u can get it in a straight line.. as for the bottom if you want to put then put it in the eye.. u can experiment with light brown and blue also to see which one u lile..
as for the eyeshadow wear anyone with anything that u wear! :D and lip gloss always stick to the light colors like light pink, light peach or even natural gloss with glitters. :)

I think that haircut is too old for you--go for something a little more tame.
For help with eyeliner, shadow, etc, go to your local Dillards (or similiar store) and ask one of the makeup depts to show you. Ask them to put it on you. They will try to sell you some and if you are interested, buy. But it is free and will teach you how to apply and the differences between lip gloss vs lip stick, etc.

The cut is cute, wouldn't go with those colors though...Lip gloss SO CUTE, use a soft color, harsh doesn't look good at all! And not sure on the eyeliner i think you are a still bit young for that ..

Well,I don't know what you look like in real life,but,as I'm assuming you like the whole emo fashion kinda thing,then this cut would be great.It's really fashionable and I'm sure as a 12 year old,that's just what you're looking for :)
Also,On the Make-Up front,as you're nearing your teenage years,I'd recommend brands Such as Miss Sporty or Collection 2000.They tailor to suit all skin types,and most brands sell Anti-Blemish or Moisturising concealers and such,which you may find useful in a few years time.
A few tips for make-up,hair,and general skin care-
1.Line the rim of your eye with white eyeliner,as this will make you look wide awake!
2.Get your hair trimmed every 4-6 weeks,to prevent split ends.
3.Drink lots of water-about 6-8 cups.Boring,I know,but you've got to keep hydrated in order for your skin to look clean and clear!
4.Have a 'skin regime'-Use a good face wash,such as Oxy or Pure %26amp; Natural,and a good cleanser.If you are on a budget,use a cotton wool pad soaked in milk on your face as a toner,it works brilliantly!
