Okay, my advice to you is dont do it yourself...go to a salon. But if you're not going to do that...then heres what you do. You can try the hair remover kit, but try your hardest to only get it on the black hair, and once it's on, dont let the black hair touch the blonde hair, until the last second when you shampoo it out. Otherwise, there's a chance your blonde could turn a really ugly color. But, now you have a problem. If your hair does turn an orange color, putting a warm color ontop of that is only going to make it worse. And you're not going to get it light enough for that dye to be able to work. This is why you really need to go to a salon. When hair turns orange, a color with a hint of blue has to be applied to neutralize the orange color and make it a brown color. You can't really do that at home. So, its up to you. I would pay more to have it turn out right. But you never know, there is a small chance that it could work. Good luck!
