Why people keep saying i look emo?
the only thing i wear is vintage shirts,heels,skirts,and dresses with leggings.the only thing i put on my face is powder.my hair is natural black.and my style just look like a emo/scene girl. i dont want to be lable emo/scene kid

Yup, I get that a lot too. But I'm 31, hardly a teenager anymore hehehe.
I hear it because I'm pale (naturally), wear a lot of black (matches everything), and have very long dark brown hair.
To be honest, at first I thought they were making fun of my high pitched voice and making a crack on the name "Elmo" (think: Sesame Street). But, alas, they are saying "emo."
