I was home school for like 2 years and I used to slit my wrist and I never knew Emo till I got into High school, And they way I dress is like I wear Black tight jeans and any dark or bright tee, I wear my black Sweater all the time.My hair is really Curly but I have an emo cut and sometimes I strighten out or not. But I like some goth stuff, But I Iike Hello Kitty and Gloomy Bears. And My Bf is Emo and he just like Screamo bands like DDG, BMTH and other bands. I just wanted to be my true self but people pick on me at school! Whats wrong with them, can't they just leave me alone? Does it means I'm emo because I have bright blue eyes? Or what? I do like Emo boys, but people are making fun at my bf by calling him a Fa***t! he doesn't look like a girl to me.

You know what, no matter what you do people are going to label you and make fun of you. So if you and your boyfriend are happy with each other, and you don't feel the need to harm yourself anymore, and you're happy with where you are in life, be yourself! A lot of people who talk a lot of talk about you are wishing they had something you've got. Be it your body (if they call you fat), your style (when they make fun of how you dress), or your boyfriend (by calling him names), let them be low! Don't get down with the dogs or you'll get up with fleas :)

Be who you are. That's all there is. Eventually, everyone will learn to accept you if you don't change. They may not like you or want to be your best friend, but the picking will cease when they realize it doesn't bother you!

Who cares what people say? There's nothing wrong with being 'emo.' It just means you are more up front about your emotions than others. But, don't let others LABEL you! Emo, indie, Goth, punk, what does it matter how others see you? Just be yourself.
