Scene hair help?

(Im a girl but im using my dad's account.) I need a new hair cut before school starts but i dont know what to get or how to describe it to a hair stylist. I want something short, kinda emo/scene. Im allowed to put a little bit of color in it but i cant completely dye my hair. Do you have any pictures? what should i ask for?

Scene hair help?

My hair used to be "scene". So basically, just tell your hairdresser to give you choppy layers (I recommend using a pirouette razor because it works well - or just a razor should do).

Make sure your hairdresser knows how long you want the length of your hair and bangs to be.

Here are some pics of short scene hair you could show your

hairdresser so he/she can picture the way it should turn out:

Oh, and when you get your scene hair, a good way to keep it

volumized is to tilt your head upside-down (making your hair hang) and just spray a certain amount.

I think it's best to look at a bunch of pictures, not necessarily scene, and find something that looks good on you. Why would you just want a blatant "scene' haircut that might look silly on you? Don't rule out other hair styles.

That site is great, in the userinfo they have links to TONS of photobuckets with hair help. And all the hair is some sort of subculture, and well organized. I'm 100% sure you'll find something you like there.
