Scene/Emo/Alternative Haircut ideas. with pics of me?

So I'd like to get a haircut that's scene/emo. Or something like that.

My problem is that I have a round face, and I would look awful with bangs. My hair is thick, wavy, and puffy but I'm getting it relaxed ,so that should be taken into account. I Need ideas and links

I have a round face also but i dont look bad with abngs. You couls always get side bangs tho, those wouldnt look bad. A ton of layers is good for scene /emo hair too. straighten your hair and then tease it....but first make sure that it is REALLY REALLY brushed out and not tangly at all b4 you decied to tease it

A short choppy layered look with long bangs that kind of go to the side of your face wont make your face look so round and it is very emo. Click the link for a photo...I would say maybe go for a little bit longer ban than what is in the picture but just so you get the idea of what I mean by the side bang thing. And you will need to invest in a straight iron for this look :)
